Family fun – DISCO & Fun Day

Well it is getting close to the fabulous Summer Holidays and what better way to end the school year by going to a Disco and dancing the night away, AND its all for a good cause – well TWO to be precise – Pidley Mountain Rescue and Pidley Village Hall!!

Tickets are £3.50, or £10 for a family ticket (and it doesn’t matter how many people are in the family!)

There will be a BBQ and a raffle, and maybe even a few games!!  So why not pop down to Pidley Village Hall on Friday 21st July from 7pm and dance the night away to some good tunes (and Yes the DJ will take requests).

While I’ve got your attention Pidley is having its annual Fun Day on Sunday 16th July from 12pm-3pm so why not pop round to the Park (next to the Village Hall) and have a look at some classic cars, have a go at some games, have a bite to eat, and if the weather is kind, have a chat with some new friends.

We look forward to seeing you at one, or both events!

Access will be severely restricted along the drove for a short period on Friday 16th June 2017, whilst the surface dressing is carried out, weather permitting. Please be aware that this date may change at short notice due to the weather.  Warning boards will be in place as soon as possible, to advise you of dates and any changes that may occur.

During these works, access to properties within the affected area will be maintained; however, residents will be required to liaise with site traffic management operatives and follow appropriate instructions / await site escort. Some delays should be expected but these will be kept to a minimum where possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. At times residents may be required to wait for a short period for a section of work to be completed before they can access their property.

We would appreciate the co-operation of vehicle owners during these working times to avoid parking on the highway within the works area to allow our contractors full access to the works site.
